EXCHANGE & RETURN

Your return label for an exchange is 100% free . However, please understand that as a young brand we unfortunately cannot offer free returns.

To make it as easy as possible for you, the return fee of €4.50 will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

1. Register your exchange or return
Please register your exchange or return conveniently via our returns portal .

2. We will send you the DHL return label
We will then send you a return label which you can print out and stick on your package.

3. Packing & shipping goods
To avoid transport damage or loss of items, be sure to package the items in their original packaging or at least in a similarly good manner.

4. Refund
After receipt and positive inspection of the return, we will process refunds promptly (usually within 2 working days), minus a return fee of €4.50.

Vouchers purchased online cannot be exchanged.
