In general, the size of bracelets can be easily estimated. Here's how:

 21 cm for stronger wrists

WOULD YOU RATHER MEASURE?

If you want to be 100% sure, you can easily measure the bracelet with a string or a strip of paper:

Step 1: Cut a strip of paper or string to a length of 21 cm.
Step 2: Hold it around your wrist and see if you like the size or if you would prefer the smaller version.

Alternatively, you can measure your wrist at its widest point and then add about 1 to 2 cm to ensure a comfortable fit.
