Shipment

We ship throughout Germany, to Austria and to some EU countries using Deutsche Post's goods mail service. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment in your shipping confirmation.

Germany

  • Shipping costs within Germany: 3,90€
  • For orders worth 100€ or more, you will receive your order free of charge

Europe

  • Shipping costs within Europe: 5,90€
  • For orders worth 100€ or more, you will receive your order free of charge

We strive to process all shipments as quickly as possible.

Germany:
Almost all shipments are ready for dispatch within 24 hours and reach you in 1 – 3 working days*.

Europe:
Almost all shipments are ready for dispatch within 24 hours and reach you within 2 – 7 working days*.

*Unfortunately, we cannot give a 100% guarantee for the delivery time. Delays due to force majeure, staff shortages or problems with the shipping service provider or delivery can occur in very rare cases.

Products

All HNDS jewelry is made of genuine 925 sterling silver and is made in Italy.

To make your jewelry truly suitable for everyday use, we have also provided almost* all bracelets and necklaces with a special and very elaborate rhodium layer.

Thanks to this rhodium layer, your jewelry is ready for everyday use: showers, sweat, sea water and cosmetics are no problem for HNDS jewelry and the jewelry does not rub off or discolor.

Our goal is to create jewelry that accompanies you every day and everywhere.

Please take care of your jewelry. Even though our jewelry does not discolor due to the rhodium coating, we recommend that you wash it briefly if it comes into contact with sunscreen, perfume or other cosmetics.

In other words: take care of your jewelry as you take care of yourself!

If you wear your HNDS jewelry every day and hardly ever take it off, we are even happier because that is exactly what it is made for!

But under these circumstances you demand a lot from your pieces.

If your jewelry has become darker, it is usually because it has simply become dirty. Dirt particles from your skin, your environment and your clothing make the jewelry darker over time.

There are two ways to make it shine again:

1. Use an ultrasonic bath (recommended)
If you want to wear your jewelry day and night, you should clean it regularly with an ultrasonic cleaner. You will be amazed at how much dirt comes out of your jewelry during the cleaning process and how your necklace will shine again afterwards.

2. Clean the chain by hand
If you don't have an ultrasonic cleaner on hand, you can also wash it by hand occasionally. Hold it under running water and clean it gently with a little soap. If hand washing doesn't clean the chain sufficiently, you should go back to option 1.


How often you need to clean your jewelry depends first of all on your skin and habits. Every wearer is as individual as our jewelry.

We believe in our products and want to assure you of this, which is why we offer an additional one-year warranty.

The guarantee covers any material or manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange the product if it has been damaged by improper use, for example by being pulled too hard or broken.
